Custom Orders
If you have any clarifications about customisation, please write to us at care@canoopi.com before placing your order. Applicable fee will apply incase of any cancellations.
What qualifies as Customisation:
- Minor changes in size or garment length (within reasonable limits_max 3-4inch).
- No design modifications or major alterations will be accepted.
- Women's XXL (2XL) is classified as a custom size.
- Extra charges may apply for significant adjustments to sizing or styling. Please write to us in advance with any specific queries.
Customisation Options:
- A selected fabric available on our website can be adapted to a different style from the website (additional charges may apply).
- A chosen colour available on our website may be adapted to another style.
- Please confirm feasibility before placing an order
Important:
- Return or exchange NOT applicable in any form (item or set) on Custom order. Under no circumstance whatsoever a custom order is returnable.
- Customers are responsible to sharing accurate measurement details, all body types differ, and brand cannot be held liable for incorrect or incomplete information.
- It is understood, where specific measurements are not provided by the customer, standard design measurements will be used by default for the specific style.
- Delivery timelines for custom orders may vary and typically require additional time.
How to place a Custom Order:
- Select "Custom" option in size chart, place a prepaid order only, and share your order ID and custom details via email at care@canoopi.com, or add the details in the Order Comment/Note at checkout.
