Domestic Shipping

Canoopi uses the best possible transport/courier partners to deliver your product/s. 

• We charge 0 shipping fee for all products within India.
• COD is available for orders in the range of Rs. 2500/- to Rs. 16000/- at a nominal fee as displayed at check-out (COD not applicable for custom or Plus Size orders). If you still prefer to opt for a COD service send us a request at care@canoopi.com.
• Our average delivery time is listed in the product description section, some cases may take longer. Incase you need a FASTER DELIVERY, check with us at care@canoopi.com before making a purchase.
• Customers are requested to provide full address & double check the postal code and phone number, this is for ease of delivery.
• Delivery is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.
• Canoopi will not be liable for delays resulting from incomplete address listings or incorrect spelling or pincode errors or no-response. In such cases the customer will have to bear the reshipping charges. In-lieu of the product returned a Credit Voucher will be issued after adjusting a transportation charge.  
• We do not deliver to P.O. Box or Drop Box addresses. 

Notes:

Billing Address refers to the address where a customer receives credit card bills.
Shipping address refers to the address where the order has to be delivered.

COD may not be available across all pincodes.

We will arrange a reverse pickup only once. If the product is not returned for any reason, the customer will need to send it back themselves.

Reverse pickup maynot be available across all pincodes, in such cases customers are required to make their own arrangements to ship back the product.
