International orders

We ship worldwide!

• International orders are NOT eligible for exchange or returns (in rare cases, we may consider an exchange if the customer is able to manage the entire exchange process locally within India). 
  
• International shipping is FREE for orders above Rs. 10,000/- (approx $120).
• Once an international order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.
• For customisation requests, please refer to the Custom Order details before placing your order.
• International shipping/delivery timelines may vary and take an additional 4-10 days beyond standard shipping.
• Should you require your order sooner, please write to us at care@canoopi.com before placing you order.

• Our domestic logistic partner are Bluedart/Delhivery, they route international shipments via their preferred associates (Fedex/DHL/UPS) depending on the service connections.
• International shipping is a charge towards the courier service only. Any Custom Duties, Local Taxes, or Import Charges (if any) imposed by the destination country are not included in our charges and are the customer's responsibility. Kindly check your local country guidelines/laws before placing the order.
• The couriers upheld due to any local country customs/guidelines/laws will be considered sold/fullfilled, and the brand will not be liable towards the same.
