  • We offer a 7 DAY exchange or return.
  • Products on special offer/steal deals are eligible for exchange only. 
  • International and Custom orders are NOT eligible for return or exchange.
  • Products such as Travel Cases are NOT eligible for return or exchange.
  • Only unused & unwashed products with tags are eligible for exchange or return.

  • Exchange can be done only once with product of same or higher value. A Canoopi Credit Voucher may be issued for the balance amount.
  • Incase of a Return/Cancelation, a standard charge of 325/- (100/- for add-on items) will be deducted at the time of settlement.
  • Refund will be initiated after the necessary quality checks. Refund will be processed to the original payment mode (where applicable).
  • For other cases & for COD kindly mail your bank details within 1month, else a non-reversible Credit Voucher will be issued.
  • Refunds will be transferred as per standard 3rd party processing timelines and may take upto 15days.
  • Credit Voucher will be issued after adjusting a transportation charge for products returned on RTO or No Show.  
  • A reverse pickup will be arranged only once. If the product is not returned for any reason, the customer will need to send it back themselves.
  • Reverse pickup maynot be available across all pincodes, in such cases you are required to make your own arrangements to ship back the product.
  • All returns are subject to the discretion of the brand.
