  • We offer a 7 DAY exchange or return.
  • Products on SALE/steal deals are eligible for exchange only. 
  • International and Custom orders are NOT eligible for return or exchange.
  • Products such as Travel Cases, Jewellery are NOT eligible for return or exchange.
  • Only unused & unwashed products with tags are eligible for exchange or return.

To raise a request;

  • Exchange can be done only once with product of same or higher value. A Canoopi Credit Voucher may be issued for the balance amount. The exchange item will be shipped only after the original item is inwarded at our warehouse and is understood that the entire process may have a longer lead time.
  • Incase of a Return/Cancelation, a standard charge of 325/- will be deducted at the time of settlement.
  • Refund will be initiated after the necessary quality checks. Refund will be processed to the original payment mode (where applicable).
  • For other cases & for COD kindly mail your bank details within 1month, else a non-reversible Credit Voucher will be issued.
  • Refunds will be transferred as per standard 3rd party processing timelines and may take upto 15days.
  • Credit Voucher will be issued after adjusting a transportation charge for products returned on RTO or No Show.  

If a Discount Code is applied: Returns are subject to these conditions:

  • 'NORETURN': Products are strictly non-returnable. Under this policy, refunds are not applicable under any circumstances. Exchange for any item or a credit voucher is applicable.
  • Other Codes: Products purchased with any other codes are eligible for return or exchange.
  • 'DOUBLEUP': Discount applies only if at least 2 items kept. If 1 item is returned from an order of 2, the discount is revoked, and the refund will be adjusted. No other discount code will apply. 
  • '3ForJoy': Discount applies only if at least 3 items are kept. If fewer than 3 items are kept, the discount is revoked, and the refund is adjusted. No other discount code will apply. 
  • '40IsNew30' etc
  • Promo codes cannot be applied after a purchase is completed, if you face any issues applying a code, please reach out to us before placing the order.
  • A reverse pickup will be arranged only once. If the product is not returned for any reason, the customer will need to send it back themselves.
  • Reverse pickup maynot be available across all pincodes, in such cases you are required to make your own arrangements to ship back the product.
  • All returns are subject to the discretion of the brand.
