Shipping policy

Canoopi uses the best possible transport/courier partners to deliver your product/s. 

DOMESTIC

  • We charge 0 shipping fee for all products within India.
  • COD is available for orders in the range of Rs. 2500/- to Rs. 25000/- at a nominal fee as displayed at check-out (COD not applicable for custom or Plus Size orders). If you still prefer to opt for a COD service send us a request at care@canoopi.com.
  • Our average delivery time is listed in the product description session, some cases may take longer. Incase you need a FASTER DELIVERY, check with us at care@canoopi.com before making a purchase.
  • Customers are requested to provide full address & double check the postal code and phone number, this is for ease of delivery.
  • Delivery is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.
  • Canoopi will not be liable for delays resulting from incomplete address listings or incorrect spelling or pincode errors or no-response. In such cases the customer will have to bear the reshipping charges. In-lieu of the product returned a Credit Voucher will be issued after adjusting a transportation charge.  
  • We do not deliver to P.O. Box or Drop Box addresses.
  • COD may not be available across all pincodes.
  • We will arrange a reverse pickup only once. If the product is not returned for any reason, the customer will need to send it back themselves.
  • Reverse pickup maynot be available across all pincodes, in such cases customers are required to make their own arrangements to ship back the product.

INTERNATIONAL

We ship worldwide!

  • International shipping/delivery timelines may differ. 
  • International orders are NOT eligible for exchange or returns.
  • International shipping is FREE for orders more than Rs. 8500/- (approx $120).
  • Our logistic partner is Bluedart, they may direct it to their preferred associates depending on the service connections.
  • International shipping is a charge towards the courier service only, it does not include any Custom Duties/Local Taxes imposed as a result of an import into the local country. Kindly check your local country guidelines/laws before placing the order.
  • The couriers upheld due to any local country guidelines/laws will be deemed as sold and the brand will not be liable towards the same.

    Notes:

    Billing Address refers to the address where a customer receives credit card bills.
    Shipping address refers to the address where the order has to be delivered.
